AXE THROWING COACHES
Your friendly Axe Coach will teach you and the others in your time slot how to throw axes with various methods—two-hand overhead, one-hand, and underhand. Your coach will also encourage you to experiment with the different techniques before settling into your preferred way to throw. Remember, professional axe throwers spend countless hours perfecting their technique, so there’s a good chance that the less natural method may become better over time.
COMPETITIVE
This cutting-edge craze can draw its roots back to 400-500 AD when the first axes were thrown in hunting and combat. Few things are as impressive as sticking a sharp blade into a wooden target.
Once you get started, you’ll likely want to try it again, and if you’re serious, you can join our seasonal axe-throwing league.
SAFE
Since safety is our main priority, our team of Axe Coaches are constantly watchful. They will coach you along the way to make sure you learn the basics of safe axe throwing. Axe throwing allows you to focus on your skills and develop new ones. Closed-toed shoes are required for participants. Loaner shoes are available if needed.

AXE THROWING GROUPS
8 TO 48 PEOPLE (MINIMUM 10 PEOPLE ON WEEKENDS)
If you book our 90 minute Private Group experience, your group will have its exclusive axe throwing lane(s) and its own Axe Coach(es). Our Axe Coach(es) will teach your private group how to throw axes and then organize fierce throwing competitions, teach you to trick shots, and then run a final round to crown a champion. Perfect for friends and family, team building, company events, birthday parties, and bachelor/bachelorette parties!
IMPORTANT RESTRICTIONS:
All Participants Must Be 13 or Older. Anyone Under 18 Must Be Accompanied by a Parent or Who Must Also Be a Participant. If a Group Has Participants Under 18, a Minimum Ratio of One Adult Per Four Under 18 Participants Is Required. All Participants Must Wear Closed-toed Shoes. All Participants Must Sign a Waiver. All Participants Must Bring a Valid Form of ID.

COMMON QUESTIONS
What can I expect from a public axe throwing session?
Axe throwing sessions are 1.5 hours in total time. When participating on a public axe lane, you will potentially be throwing on a full lane, which is 16 people. For guests wanting to maximize their time, they can purchase a private lane for a flat rate with an 8% reservation fee (minimum number of participants required to book during the week when it is typically slower).
Do you provide all of the equipment?
Yes, we provide everything you need to throw axes, including loaner shoes if needed.
What are the age requirements?
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in axe throwing, or 13 years old with a participating adult. Partipants under 18 years of age must have their parent or guardian complete and sign THIS WAIVER and complete the confirmation email for their child to participate if they will not be present. One adult is required to be present for every 4 minors.
